Key Responsibilities

Quality Management System (QMS):

• Develop and maintain a robust QMS tailored to microwave transmission projects.
• Standardize quality processes, checklists, and procedures for site acceptance, path alignment, equipment installation, and testing.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and client-specific requirements.

Quality Control & Assurance:

• Lead national quality control efforts across all microwave projects.
• Define KPIs and quality benchmarks for internal teams and contractors.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with installation guidelines and safety protocols.
• Oversee quality of MW equipment installations including antenna alignment, grounding, waveguide pressurization, and weatherproofing.

Candidate Requirements

• No specific formal qualification required; relevant work experience is the key.

• Minimum of 5 years experience in microwave systems, telecom projects, or quality management.

• Candidates with strong demonstrated expertise in the field may be considered with 3 years relevant experience.

• Proven experience in quality assurance, quality control, or project management within national telecom projects is preferred.

• Strong technical knowledge of microwave networks, components, and performance standards.

• Ability to work collaboratively with project teams and stakeholders across multiple regions.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
