Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails, including building scalable, performant web applications
• 8+ years commercial experience
• Proficiency with JavaScript and modern front-end frameworks (React is a plus)
• Strong understanding of SQL and relational databases, with a focus on optimization and scalability
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Docker) and other modern DevOps tools.
• Prior experience in healthcare tech or working with healthcare-related integrations like TPP SystmOne is a huge plus
• A passion for building meaningful products that improve lives and disrupt healthcare
