This role is ideal for an energetic hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a flair for service excellence, and takes pride in leading a team to deliver memorable guest experiences.</p><h3>Skills, Experience & Qualifications</h3><ul><li><p>Minimum Grade 12 / NQF Level 2 in Food & Drink Service or a Hotel School Diploma.</p></li><li><p>23 years experience in a similar supervisory position within Food & Beverage.</p></li><li><p>Computer literacy essential, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.</p></li><li><p>Fluent in English verbal and written; additional languages advantageous.</p></li><li><p>Highly organized, able to prioritize tasks, and perform well under pressure.</p></li><li><p>Strong customer orientation with charm, sophistication, and excellent personal grooming.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work shifts and occasional overtime.</p></li></ul><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li><p>Supervise and support the F&B team, ensuring consistent delivery of high service standards.</p></li><li><p>Maintain excellent guest relations and resolve complaints quickly and effectively.</p></li><li><p>Monitor operating equipment, ensuring correct handling, storage, and stock control.</p></li><li><p>Ensure accurate billing and compliance with hotel procedures.</p></li><li><p>Provide skills training and development to staff, upholding performance and disciplinary standards where required.</p></li><li><p>Ensure staff appearance and conduct consistently reflect the hotels professional image.</p></li><li><p>Apply sound knowledge of financial controls and contribute to efficient F&B operations.</p></li></ul><h3>Reporting</h3><p>This role reports directly to the Food & Beverage Management team.</p>

<p>An experienced, well presented and service driven Food & Beverage Supervisor is sought for this busy property.</p><p><strong>REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p><p> Front Office and Cashiering experience an advantage</p><p> Computer literacy a must, in Microsoft Office</p><p> Fluent in English verbal and written</p><p> Display a high level of awareness</p><p> Excellent appearance, mannerism and well groomed</p><p> Customer orientation and professional charm and sophistication</p><p> Ability to work shifts and occasional overtime</p><p><strong>SKILLS, EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p><p> Minimum Grade 12/ NQF Level 2 Food & Drink Service / Hotel School Diploma.</p><p> Two to Three years experience within F&B in a similar position.</p><p> Highly organized, able to prioritize, work to demand.</p><p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><p> Supervision of staff to ensure that the highest standards are maintained</p><p> Knowledge and understanding of the principles of finance and the components involved in finance</p><p> Control of operating equipment through correct handling, storage and regular stock counts, to minimize loss through waste, theft and breakages</p><p> Maintain a high standard of customer relations and ensure that any customer complaints are dealt with immediately and effectively</p><p> Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of procedures as directed by F&B Management</p><p> Ensure that all items served are correctly billed</p><p> Ability to provide skills training</p><p> Knowledge of the disciplinary process</p><p> Ensure that personal appearance of all staff is of the highest standard</p><p><strong>Please forward your full CV, a profile photo and contactable references.</strong></p>
