Work closely with our dedicated marketing team, which manages all brand campaigns from social media to TV. Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments in the CRM system. Ideal Candidate Profile: Minimum of 2 years experience in a call centre or telesales role. Reside in or near Table View. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English and Afrikaans. Demonstrated success in achieving targets and KPIs in a telesales or call centre environment.
