• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: from job brief, sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviews, to offer management.
• Build strong relationships with clients and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
• Use a variety of tools (LinkedIn, job portals, networking, referrals, ATS systems) to source candidates.
• Assess candidates’ skills, experience, and culture fit through CV review, interviews, and psychometric assessments (where applicable).
• Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback, and offer negotiations between clients and candidates.
• Maintain an active pipeline of potential candidates for future roles.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and recruitment best practices in South Africa.
• Represent the company brand professionally across all platforms.

 
Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruiter (agency or in-house).
• Strong understanding of the South African labour market and recruitment practices.
• Familiarity with ATS systems, LinkedIn, Pnet, and job boards.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple roles simultaneously.
• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
• Relevant qualification in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field preferred.
