<p><strong>Hospitality and Outdoor New Vacancy Breakfast Chef</strong></p><p><strong>Restaurant Germiston, Gauteng</strong></p><p></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p></p><p> Proven experience as a Breakfast Chef or in a similar role within a luxury lodge, hotel, or restaurant</p><p> Culinary qualification preferred</p><p> Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction</p><p> Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently</p><p> Creative flair and attention to detail</p><p></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p></p><p> Prepare and present a variety of high-quality breakfast dishes, including hot and cold options, baked goods, and la carte items</p><p> Ensure all meals are served on time and in accordance with guest preferences and dietary requirements</p><p> Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen station throughout service</p><p> Work closely with the Executive Chef to design appealing, seasonal breakfast menus</p><p> Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory and ordering for breakfast supplies</p><p> Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and presentation</p><p> Provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere through food that enhances the lodges overall guest experience</p><p></p><p><strong>Package on offer:</strong></p><p></p><p> R6 000 pm depending on experience</p><p></p><p><strong>Start Date:</strong> ASAP</p>
