The successful candidate will be a key member of the team, working closely with two F&B Supervisors to ensure every guest’s dining experience is exceptional. The position requires a dedicated and detail-oriented individual who can seamlessly manage F&B administration and procurement while maintaining a focus on cost-effectiveness and a high standard of quality. Candidate Requirements Minimum 3-5 years’ of experience in a managerial or supervisory role. Presentable and excellent communication skills, as you will be hosting guests when required Demonstrate leadership skills and foster teamwork. Excellent attention to detail. Deadline driven. Must be computer literate with previous experience with a lodge PMS software (Opera) Must be proficient in Excel (including formulas for stock sheets). Can work accurately under pressure. This is a live-in role.
