• Monitoring and controlling inventory integrity. 
• Maintain product identification and location program. 
• Research inventory discrepancies and ability to reconcile them. 
• Responsible for completing physical inventories/cycle counts/random or receipt audits and Stock Adjustments, for authorization and approval.
• Track and report non-conforming product. 
• Resolve inventory problems in a timely manner. 
• Document damaged product.

Job Requirements: 

• Matric or Higher Certificate/Diploma in Inventory & Stores will be advantageous
•  3-5 Year’s Experience in an Automotive environment and relevant warehouse experience within the last 5 years
• Experience with Cycle counting/inventory
• Valid Forklift License
• Good computer skills –MS Word; MS Excel and Email, WMS and BAAN experience will be advantageous
• Co-ordinate Engineering Change Dates and parts with Material Planners
• Strong time management skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changes in a demanding environment 
• Excellent administrative skills
