Job Description:

Our client is looking for a Content Creator Strategic Alliances to join their team on a 6-month contract. This role requires a creative, detail-oriented professional with experience in sales enablement content, instructional design, and digital content creation.

The Content Creator will focus on building partner-specific sales plays, enablement materials, intranet hubs, and digital assets to support key alliances. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of technical training solutions, partner ecosystems (Cisco, Microsoft, AWS), and the ability to design engaging, user-friendly content from scratch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation & Learning Design Develop sales enablement content including sales plays, learning modules, job aids, videos, and quick-reference guides.

• Intranet & Content Hub Management Build and maintain partner-specific intranet pages and content libraries to ensure materials are accessible, current, and aligned with strategic priorities.

• Digital Media & Campaign Support Create and edit multimedia content (videos, graphics, presentations, web content) to support partner campaigns and enablement programs.

• Collaboration & Feedback Partner with sales enablement, strategic alliances, and marketing teams to ensure messaging alignment; gather feedback from sales teams to optimize materials for impact.

Requirements

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in content creation, or sales enablement, ideally within IT services, SaaS, or technical training.

• Strong understanding of partner ecosystems (Cisco, Microsoft, AWS) and technical training solutions.

• Proficiency with 6sense, Salesforce CRM, and Salesforce Sales Engagement.

• Experience with content authoring tools (Articulate, Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, or similar) and intranet/content hub management.

• Hands-on experience with video editing, website building, and multimedia content production.

• Excellent writing, visual design, and project management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
