This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills, a love for the bush, and the ability to deliver unforgettable guest experiences in a remote, world-class setting.</p><p>? What youll be doing:</p><p>Oversee smooth daily operations in partnership with lodge management</p><p>Deliver exceptional guest experiences with a warm, personal touch</p><p>Manage logistics, facilities, and staff with precision and care</p><p>Lead, train, and motivate your camp team to excellence ?</p><p>Drive sales of beverages & handcrafted curios to enhance the guest journey</p><p>Ensure compliance with SANParks regulations, health & safety, and eco-friendly practices</p><p>Assist with budgeting, stock control, and accurate reporting</p><p>? What youll need:</p><p>Minimum 3 years experience in camp or lodge management (essential)</p><p>Strong leadership & interpersonal skills, with a calm, guest-focused approach</p><p>Valid drivers licence (off-road proficiency a plus) ?</p><p>First aid knowledge & basic mechanical/electrical skills (advantageous)</p><p>Proficiency in Microsoft Office</p><p>Fluent in English (other African or foreign languages a bonus!)</p><p>Passion for wildlife, conservation, and cultural engagement</p><p>?
