Job Purpose:
We are currently seeking experienced Construction Foremen who are immediately available for contract-based work. The role involves overseeing daily operations on construction sites, managing teams, and ensuring that work is completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate activities of construction workers and subcontractors.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and report to project managers.
• Resolve problems that arise during construction.
• Maintain records of materials, labor, and equipment used.

 
Requirements:

• Proven experience as a construction foreman.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
• Knowledge of construction procedures and occupational safety guidelines.
• Own transport and tools (preferred but not essential).
• Availability to work on a contract basis for periods ranging from 4 to 8 months
