The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality training, conduct assessments, and support learners through their qualification journey in the beauty industry.Key Responsibilities:Facilitate accredited Beauty Therapy learning programmes (theory and practical) SAQA ID:121607Conduct assessments in line with SAQA, SETA, and QCTO requirementsGuide and support learners in compiling their Portfolios of Evidence (PoEs)Ensure compliance with all relevant quality assurance standardsPrepare and submit accurate records, reports, and assessment outcomesParticipate in internal moderation and external verification processesMinimum Requirements:ETDP SETA-registered Assessor (must provide registration number)Recognized qualification in Beauty Therapy (minimum NQF Level 4) SAQA ID:121607Proven experience as a facilitator and assessor in the beauty industryStrong knowledge of unit standards and outcomes-based educationExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage and motivate learners in a training environmentPreferred:Registered Moderator with ETDP SETAExperience in online or blended learning deliveryFamiliarity with QCTO and SETA accreditation processes.
