Employer Description This is an architecture company that does commercial, industrial, retail and some residential projects Job Description Your responsibilities will be the following: Architectural design and project management from concept to completion Preparing and managing submittals Ensuring compliance with building regulations and collaborating with various stakeholders including client liaison. Will work on Stages 3 6 of project development Contract Administration JBCC Dealing directly with clients Attend Site meetings Qualifications BSc Architecture SACAP Registered Skills Minimum 7 years experience in Architecture JBCC Contract Admin Experience (Non-Negotiable) Proficient in Revit, BIM 3D Modelling and AutoCAD In depth knowledge of SANS 10400 national building regulations
