Procurement Coordinator Manufacturing (Roodepoort | Hybrid)
Are you looking to grow your career in procurement and supply chain within a dynamic manufacturing environment? My client, a well-established manufacturer serving industrial and commercial clients, is seeking a Procurement Coordinator to join their team in Roodepoort. This is a hybrid role with only one day a week in the office.
What youll be doing:

Manage the end-to-end procurement process: supplier sourcing, evaluations, RFQs/RFPs, price negotiations, contracts, and purchase orders.

Monitor and report on supplier performance ensuring on-time delivery, quality compliance, and cost competitiveness.
-
Oversee inventory control and align supply with production and logistics schedules.
-
Build and maintain strong vendor relationships while driving cost-saving initiatives.
-
Track spend trends, develop reports, and support continuous improvement in procurement efficiency.

Coordinate logistics and inbound deliveries with operations and warehouse teams.
What were looking for:
-
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Business Management, or a related field (non-negotiable).

25 years experience in procurement, supply chain, or sourcing ideally in a manufacturing environment.

Strong skills in negotiation, contracts, and purchase order systems; ERP or materials management system experience is a plus.

Excellent analytical skills, with solid Excel proficiency (cost analysis, spend dashboards, inventory tracking).

Strong communication and relationship-building abilities across cross-functional teams.
