Johannesburg: Front Counter / Panel Salesperson

Key Requirements: Solid knowledge of automotive parts (exposure to VW/Audi brands will be highly advantageous) Proven experience in sales and delivering excellent customer service Ability to manage both retail front counter sales and panel shop/trade clients Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Target-driven, proactive, and able to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment Key Responsibilities: Assist retail and trade customers at the front counter with parts enquiries and purchases Build and maintain long-term relationships with panel shop and trade clients Prepare and manage quotations, orders, and timely follow-ups Ensure accurate processing of sales transactions and documentation Collaborate with the Parts Department team to deliver efficient service and achieve sales targets If you are passionate about the automotive industry, have strong sales ability, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you.
