Job Description
- Matric, and tertiary qualification beneficial
- Clear Criminal and ITC record
- Valid SA Driver’s License
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar role within the contract cleaning industry
- Computer literate on MS Office, with intermediate level Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation ability
- Professional demeanour with emphasis on client service delivery
- Working knowledge of Sectorial Determination and Industrial Relations
- Effective cost management through optimised chemical usage, efficient labour allocation, and proactive equipment maintenance.
DUTIES
- Ensure allocated sites are managed in line with agreed service parameters to achieve client satisfaction
- Manage time and attendance
- Responsible for the smooth startup of new sites
- Effective planning and prioritising portfolio management
- Develop, build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Able to handle various projects simultaneously
- Cost management of Labour and Resources
- Complete admin activities
Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience
