Youll lead a team of Artisans and contractors, manage solar and water systems, and ensure high standards of maintenance and project delivery. Support budgeting, procurement, and sustainability initiatives. Job Experience and Skills Required: 35 years in a senior technical or maintenance management role in hospitality or lodge environments. Expertise in solar energy, water treatment, electrical systems (single and three-phase), plumbing, refrigeration, and general building maintenance.
