Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
– Assist Financial Advisors in preparing client meetings and presentations
– Conduct research and analysis on financial products, markets, and investment opportunities
– Manage client files and documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
– Help maintain client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and responding to inquiries in a timely manner
– Support Financial Advisors in developing financial plans and investment strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs
– Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client transactions and account maintenance
– Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and guidelines
Qualifications:
– 1-2 years of experience in a financial services role preferred
– Strong knowledge of investment products and financial planning concepts
– Excellent organizational and time management skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial software applications
– Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
