Requirements: Minimum 3 years experience in new vehicle sales (premium/luxury brand experience advantageous) Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships Valid drivers license and clear criminal record Responsibilities: Engage with walk-in and online customers, identifying needs and offering tailored vehicle solutions Present and demonstrate vehicles, highlighting features and benefits Facilitate finance applications, trade-ins, and the full sales process Maintain product knowledge, staying up to date on latest models and competitor offerings Deliver outstanding customer service and drive repeat/referral business
