South Africa: Head of Finance – GM (Rwandan Local)

Key Responsibilities: Strategic financial leadership Financial management & reporting Budgeting and forecasting Compliance and risk management Cash flow & treasury management Cost control & profitability Team leadership & development Job Experience and Skills Required: Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, and CIMA) is mandatory . MBA or Masters in Finance is an added advantage. Minimum 810 years of progressive experience in finance roles, with at least 3 years in a senior finance leadership . Experience in FMCG , alcoholic beverages , or the distribution/logistics sectors is highly preferred. Experience managing audits, compliance, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
