Job Description

Duties: Oversee daily administrative functions for housekeeping and maintenance. Maintain service logs, track issues, and ensure timely resolution. Monitor stock levels, manage storerooms, and place reorders when necessary. Support scheduling, team briefings and training to align with operational needs. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards. Collaborate across departments to improve communication and operational flow. Respond promptly to guest concerns related to housekeeping or maintenance. Prepare reports on departmental performance and recurring issues. Requirements: Grade 12 Previous experience in hospitality administration, housekeeping or maintenance coordination advantageous. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and stock management. Commitment to professionalism, accountability, and high service standards.
