Lead, inspire, and train junior chefs to ensure seamless teamwork. Ensure consistency in flavours, presentation, and service excellence . Champion the use of seasonal, local produce in every dish. Requirements: Minimum 5 years proven experience as a Sous Chef in a fine dining establishment. Strong leadership skills with a calm, organised, and solution-focused approach. A passion for creativity, precision, and culinary storytelling. Excellent knowledge of wine pairings and menu balance (advantageous).
