• Minimum 3 years’ experience in new vehicle sales (premium/luxury brand experience advantageous)
• Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Valid driver’s license and clear criminal record
