Our client is a leading organization that thrives on innovation and cutting-edge technology. They’re looking for a Senior AI Specialist to spearhead advanced AI and ML initiatives, from Generative AI and NLP to speech systems and automation. This is an opportunity to be at the heart of transformation – where your work directly impacts large-scale customer experiences.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Design, train, and fine-tune AI/ML models for customer engagement and collections.
• Develop and deploy chatbots, transcription, and speech-to-text solutions.
• Build retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines for data-driven responses.
• Manage the full ML lifecycle – from data prep to deployment in production.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into business-critical systems.

 
Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (postgraduate qualification advantageous).
• 5+ years’ experience in AI/ML roles, ideally in high-volume environments.
• Proven track record working with large language models (LLMs), chatbots, transcription systems, and RAG pipelines.
• Strong programming expertise in Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
• Experience with cloud deployment (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps pipelines.
• Familiarity with frameworks/APIs such as Hugging Face, LangChain, and OpenAI/Anthropic APIs.
• Advantageous: publications or conference contributions in AI, NLP, or deep learning.
