Key Responsibilities: Conduct crypto and blockchain audits, including reconciliations, wallet ownership testing, and risk assessments. Perform IT audits across platforms and technologies, ensuring compliance and security. Support financial audits through IT assurance, including SOC reporting and ISAE/SSAE engagements. Apply data analytics and automation to enhance audit processes. Engage with international clients and mentor junior staff within the IT Assurance team. Job Experience and Skills Required: Minimum 2 years experience in Financial Management, preferably within a Big 4 firm and supporting financial reports. Degree in Accounting. Strong English communication skills. Interest in crypto and blockchain fundamentals. Willingness to relocate to the Bahamas (North America). Nice to Have: CFA certification.
