Midrand: Human Capital Analyst

Our client is looking for a Human Capital Analyst to join their expanding team. Key Responsibilities: Prepare talent management and transformation reports for Board, Exco, and Human Capital Manco. Conduct research, benchmarking, and analysis of Human Capital and transformation metrics. Compile and analyse Human Capital dashboards to inform business sustainability. Drive Employment Equity submissions and BEE scorecard reporting, including monitoring and presenting EE performance. Analyse and prepare remuneration and long-term incentive data for Exco and below. Support sustainability reporting, ESG metrics identification, and shareholder-related submissions. Liaise across business units to source, analyse and present workforce data. Provide high-level support to the Executive Director, including stakeholder engagement, correspondence, and calendar management. Job Experience and Skills Required: Education: Bachelors Degree in Economic Science, Mathematical Science, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Human Capital analytics, with a proven track record in data analysis, reporting, and compliance. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving capability. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS, payroll, and employee management systems. Excellent report writing, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
