?About the Role: We are looking for a reliable and proactive Receptionist / Admin Clerk to join our team in Ixopo. This is a front-line and admin-focused role that supports both our office operations and production team. The ideal candidate is someone who is comfortable working in an agricultural environment, has strong administrative skills, and enjoys engaging with people (staff, suppliers, and customers). ?Key Responsibilities: -Answering incoming calls and directing queries appropriately – Welcoming visitors, clients, and suppliers to the nursery – Managing order forms, delivery notes, and basic invoicing – Assisting with stock control of packaging, labels, and office supplies – Cashier duties ?Requirements: – Previous experience in admin, reception, or clerical roles – Experience or interest in agriculture/horticulture is an advantage – Strong communication and organisational skills – Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) ?How to Apply:
