Key Responsibilities: – Supervision & Leadership: Lead and manage construction crews to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to standard. – Scheduling & Task Assignment: Create daily work schedules, allocate duties, and monitor attendance. – Site Operations: Oversee all on-site activities to ensure compliance with plans and safety protocols. – Safety Compliance: Enforce safety regulations and ensure the correct use of PPE and machinery. – Resource Management: Manage tools, materials, and equipment for optimal site productivity. – Quality Assurance: Monitor workmanship to meet project and client standards. – Communication & Reporting: Act as the liaison between site workers and management; compile reports on time, materials, and budget usage. – Personnel Management: Recruit, train, and mentor construction workers and apprentices. – Problem-Solving: Resolve on-site challenges efficiently to maintain workflow and morale.
