Johannesburg – Gauteng – South Africa
- Identify and influence key decision-makers within Dealerships, and develop long-term, trusted partnerships across all dealership levels.
- Map dealership structures to uncover buying centres and partnership levers.
- Pitch and present tailored insurance solutions that fit each dealers unique business model.
- Drive joint success with Office Bound Sales Operation teams to service relationships
- Create group-level plans that actually move the needle.
- Problem-solving skills to ensure seamless sales integration with Motor Dealers.
- Keep the feedback loop alive so were always one step ahead.
- 1-3 Years of experience in the Motor Trade (Car Sales, F&I Manager, etc).
- Proven experience in B2B Sales/Account Management (Motor Trade or Insurance Sector preferred).
- Strong communication skills: persuasive, concise, and confident with senior stakeholders.
- Sound commercial judgment and understanding of revenue drivers in motor retail.
- Own car essential, as the role requires travel and networking.
- A resilient, self-starter who thrives on hitting goals and exceeding expectations.
- A team player who drives alignment and champions collaboration.
- A natural relationship builder who gains trust and delivers real value.
- Has experience and foundational understanding on Insurance and related products.
- Strong emotional intelligence, reliability, and professional polish.
