ProStaffSelect are in search of a skilled and highly polished RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGER to lead the team to excellence, motivate the best possible service imaginable, elevate service standards, excite customers with a genuine care, demonstrate attentiveness though every member of staff, delivery efficiency in service operations and restaurant management.

This is a position for a uniquely talented and highly articulate individual a truly remarkable industry professional.

REQUIREMENTS:

Degree or tertiary qualification in Business / Food Services Management / Hospitality;

6 – 10 years Senior Restaurant Manager experience in a 5-star Hotel / Eat Out Top 10 establishment;

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English, both written and verbal;

WSET 2 or other wine qualification;

Additional European language highly advantageous;

Must be well-presented, guest service focused with the ability to deal with highly distinguished clientele;

Ability to solve problems and find solutions;

High stress tolerance and ability to work under pressure;

Excellent ability to pay attention to detail;

High standards of ethical conduct, i.e. honesty, integrity and sensitivity;

Self-disciplined with excellent planning and organizational skills;

Highly alert, self-motivated and innovative;

Exceptional knowledge of food and beverages, including dietaries, bar and wine varietals;

Team focused with strong operational management skills & training abilities.
