A job vacancy is open at Reinhardt Transport Group Technical Services, Steelpoort for a Workshop Administrator!The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:- Opening and closing of all vehicle job cards (internal and external) for Steelpoort Depot.- Create invoices for job cards finalised.- Capture invoices for Steelpoort Depot.- Supplier recons on a monthly basis.- Scanning and filing of documents.- Provide costs to the Risk Department, and scan and upload costs to the Risk Quantum workspace.- AODSs (acknowledgment of debt).- Update daily Excel sheets, and emails to relevant parties.- Service booking of vehicles.- Capture stock invoices for the storeroom.- Control stock issued against job cards.- Ordering of stock and stock level control.- Daily stock issues.- Monthly and daily perpetual stock takes.- Place of work will be S Hauliers, Technical Services, Steelpoort (Division of Reinhardt Transport Group).Minimum Requirement:- Matric (Grade 12).- Fluent in Afrikaans / English (speak/read/write).- Must be able to work under pressure.- Computer literate (Excel is compulsory).- Must be able to type at a decent speed.- Bookkeeping background / Diploma will be an advantage.- Must have creditors invoice capturing/recon experience.- Own transport.Remuneration to be discussed in the interview.
