Key ResponsibilitiesAdvise management on HR processes, practices, systems, and code of conduct.Draft and maintain HR documentation in line with company policies and procedures.Compile and update the Employment Equity plan to ensure compliance.Ensure legislative HR requirements are met and implemented.Process and maintain HR-related documentation including payroll (VIP Payroll), contracts, and records.Coordinate administration of medical aid, provident fund, and employee benefits.Assist with disciplinary and grievance procedures, including enquiries and documentation.Ensure compliance with labour legislation and update policies as required.Compile HR reports: monthly HR report, termination statistics, and other periodic reporting requirements.Qualifications & SkillsBachelors degree / Diploma in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or related field.Knowledge of HR processes, labour legislation, and payroll administration (VIP Payroll advantageous).Strong written and verbal communication skills.Good organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
