Our client, a prestigious resort in the Pilanesberg area, is seeking to appoint an experienced Executive Housekeeping Manager to manage a large housekeeping team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years experience managing housekeeping teams in the hospitality sector.
• Strong attention to detail and proven experience in detail cleaning management.
• Experience in linen management within a hospitality environment.
• Skilled in preparing and managing housekeeping schedules.
• Experience with industrial relations and disciplinary procedures.
• Excellent people management, communication, and client relations skills.
• Advanced computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong command of English (grammar, spelling, report writing, and business correspondence).
