B-BBEE Verification Analyst

Location:
Pretoria (Office-based, with some flexibility)

About the Role:
A well-established accounting firm in Lynnwood, Pretoria is seeking a B-BBEE Verification Analyst to join their team. The successful candidate will handle B-BBEE audits, verification reports, and compliance checks, while engaging directly with clients and staying up to date on legislative requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct B-BBEE verifications across all scorecard elements.

• Review and verify client documentation.

• Analyse data and prepare working papers.

• Draft verification reports in line with SANAS/DTI requirements.

• Liaise with clients and resolve queries.

• Stay updated with B-BBEE legislation.

Minimum Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting / Finance / Auditing / Law.

• 23 years experience in B-BBEE verification or consulting.

• Strong understanding of B-BBEE Codes and sector charters.

• Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.

• Proficient in MS Office.

• Own transport and drivers license.

Added Advantage:

• B-BBEE Verification Analyst training (ABP or equivalent).

• Legal background beneficial.
