Job Description
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ supervisory experience in a 4* or 5* hospitality setting
- Proven ability to lead service teams in high-pressure environments
- Strong understanding of food and beverage operations, including inventory control, cost management, and service protocols
- Skilled in staff training, performance appraisals, and shift scheduling
- Demonstrates proactive problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Fosters a culture of accountability, motivation, and guest-centric service
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Adept at handling high-profile guests and resolving complaints with professionalism
- Committed to delivering memorable guest experiences through personalized service
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
- Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable
- Calm under pressure, with a hands-on approach to service
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Must be a local of the area (non-negotiable)
