• Perform highquality aluminum welding to project specifications
• Assemble aluminum components, frames, structures, etc., with precision
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to guide welding and assembly work
• Inspect finished welded assemblies to ensure they meet quality and safety standards
• Coordinate with workshop team to meet production schedules
• Maintain cleanliness, safety and orderliness in the workshop environment

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience as an aluminum welder and assembler
• Strong handson assembly skills, especially with aluminum
• Ability to read technical drawings / blueprints / engineering schematics accurately
• Solid welding techniques (e.g., MIG, TIG) specific to aluminum fabrication
• Attention to detail; able to produce neat, strong welds and correctly aligned assemblies
• Good time management, reliability, and ability to work independently and in a team

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in a workshop setting in or near Pinetown
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in welding and fabrication
• Comfortable with a variety of assembly tasks and custom/oneoff work
