Our client is looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Developer to maintain, upgrade, and enhance websites, C# applications, APIs, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research, design, and profile systems to identify solutions and improvements.
• Develop clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and technical standards.
• Maintain, upgrade, and enhance websites, C# applications, web services, and APIs/integrations.
• Assist with version control, operational support, and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Conduct unit testing, diagnose problems, and implement software fixes.
• Provide input to Business Analysts on requirements and specifications.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Education:
  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Informatics, or equivalent IT qualification
• Experience:
  • 5–8 years’ experience in a Developer role (mandatory)
  • Experience in the Financial Services industry (advantageous)
• Technical Competencies:
  • C# .NET programming
  • JavaScript, HTML, ASP, PGP
  • SQL Server or other databases (creation, maintenance, strong SQL knowledge)
  • Experience with source code repositories
• Behavioral Competencies:
  • Strategic thinker, analytically minded, and accountable
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict management skills
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal)
  • Business acumen with leadership potential
  • Target-driven, disciplined, and resilient under pressure
