Kendrick Recruitment is now seeking a Waiter for a renowned luxury wine estate located in Franschhoek. This is an excellent opportunity for a service-driven individual who is passionate about hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences in a high-end environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a professional and welcoming manner.

• Present menus, take food and beverage orders, and ensure timely service.

• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items and wine pairings.

• Ensure tables are properly set, cleared, and maintained throughout service.

• Deliver a high standard of personal presentation and service etiquette.

• Handle guest queries and resolve issues promptly and politely.

• Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar team to ensure smooth service flow.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a fine-dining or upmarket restaurant environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong attention to detail and a passion for guest satisfaction.

• Fluent in English; additional languages an advantage.

• Well-groomed and professional appearance.

• Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.

• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
