Position Summary:We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Chef de Partie to manage a specific section of our kitchen. The ideal candidate is passionate about cooking, highly organized, and able to maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation.Responsibilities:Prepare and cook menu items in your assigned section to restaurant standards.Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and taste of all dishes.Supervise junior kitchen staff and provide guidance and training.Maintain cleanliness and organization in your section.Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory and ordering.Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.Collaborate with the Head Chef and kitchen team to develop new dishes and improve processes.Requirements:Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar kitchen role.Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Leadership and team management skills.Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
