• Manage packing and sorting teams in the clamp kiln yard.
• Ensure correct handling, stacking, and sorting of bricks to company standards.
• Maintain productivity and worker discipline on site.
• Enforce safety, housekeeping, and operational procedures.
• Conduct daily inspections of yard activities and report on progress.
• Monitor stock movements and assist with basic record-keeping.
• Train and guide workers to improve efficiency and work quality.
• Ensure packers and sorters meet daily targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum Grade 10 / Grade 12 (Matric advantageous).
• At least 2–3 years’ experience as a Foreman or Supervisor in a brick yard.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of clamp kiln operations and brick quality checks.
• Ability to enforce discipline and meet production targets.
• Physically fit and willing to work shifts, overtime, weekends.
