Education:
– Mechanical/Technical qualification (advantageous)
– Sales or business development training (advantageous)
Job Experience & Skills Required:
– 3–5 years’ proven sales experience in industrial equipment, preferably gears, gearboxes, or power transmission products
– Strong technical knowledge of gear applications and mechanical systems
– Ability to identify opportunities, generate new business, and consistently meet targets
– Confident communicator with strong negotiation and presentation skills
– Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly
