Kendrick Recruitment is looking for professional and enthusiastic Waiters to join a prestigious luxury wine estate in Stellenbosch ?. Key Responsibilities:

* Greet guests warmly and present menus and wine lists ??

* Demonstrate knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods ?

* Set tables with linens, silverware, and glasses to the highest standard

* Take accurate food and beverage orders ?

* Ensure timely delivery of orders from kitchen and bar staff

* Clear tables efficiently and maintain cleanliness throughout service ?

* Offer desserts, coffee, and additional services where appropriate ?

* Prepare and present bills accurately ?

* Maintain high standards of personal hygiene, appearance, and uniform presentation ?

Requirements:

* Grade 12 qualification ?

* Preferably 1 years experience as a waiter/waitress

* Experience with cash registers and ordering systems an advantage ?

* Basic mathematics skills ?

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills ?

* Strong customer service orientation and attentive listening skills ?

* Comfortable engaging with distinguished clientele ?

* Well-presented, flexible, accountable, and enthusiastic ?

* Own or reliable transport ?
