Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests on arrival, ensuring a warm and professional first impression
  

• Provide concierge-style support, assisting with reservations, transport, and activity planning
  

• Ensure smooth day-to-day guest relations across the estate
  

• Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure exceptional service delivery
  

• Support front office operations including check-ins and check-outs
  

• Liaise with various departments to ensure guest needs are anticipated and met
  

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a guest-facing hospitality role
  

• Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills
  

• Professional presentation and attention to detail
  

• Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask
  

• Knowledge of the local area and surrounding attractions beneficial
  

• Own transport preferred due to live-out nature of the role
