Kendrick Recruitment is on the lookout for a rockstar Back of House Manager to take the reins behind the scenes at a luxury safari lodge in the heart of the Kruger National Park. This is your chance to live and work surrounded by breathtaking wildlife while keeping the lodge running like a well-oiled machine!

What youll be doing:
Overseeing Finance & Reception when the team is away keep things smooth and stress-free
Handling budgets, cash flow, accounts, payroll all the numbers magic
Supporting management with operational and financial insights
Mentoring junior staff and making sure the back-of-house team shines
Jumping in at Reception to keep guests smiling if needed

Who were looking for:
? Experienced in Finance and/or Reception in hospitality or luxury lodges
? Strong organiser, communicator, and problem solver
? Tech-savvy with accounting software and Microsoft Office
? Independent, proactive, and ready to manage multiple priorities
? Honest, professional, and detail-obsessed
? Willing to live on-site because adventure awaits!
