Job Description
- Prospect for new clients while maintaining and growing existing customer relationships.
- Conduct professional vehicle presentations, test drives, and trade-in valuations.
- Negotiate deals, structure finance applications, and ensure accurate documentation.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining profitability.
- Deliver a professional vehicle handover and provide excellent after-sales support.
- Assist with marketing initiatives and ensure stock is well-presented and advertised.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in pre-owned vehicle sales.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building abilities.
- Knowledge of finance processes, trade-ins, and F&I applications advantageous.
- Valid driver’s license and own transport essential.
