What You’ll Do:
Evaluate and authorize technical proposals, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
Dive into the world of technical documentation, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
Collaborate with our tech wizards to grasp the intricacies of our cutting-edge products and services.
Be the gatekeeper of technical authorizations, ensuring that every detail is in place for a seamless customer experience.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve technical authorization issues with finesse.
Act as the bridge between our technical teams and our customers, providing exceptional support and guidance.
Work closely with engineering teams to facilitate seamless integration of new automotive technologies.
Champion the adoption of cutting-edge automotive technologies, providing valuable insights to drive progress.
Stay up-to-date with automotive industry regulations and ensure compliance with all technical authorizations.
Handling incoming calls and ensuring that monthly service level targets are met, both personal and departmental
Verifying policy details and supplying dealers with information on request
What You’ll Bring:
Grade 12 / Matric
Qualified technician (mechanic) – not negotiable
Minimum of 1 2 years Authorisation Call Centre experience
Minimum 2 years of Motor Industry and strong technical knowledge of vehicles is a must
