Job Description
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a litigation secretary
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Knowledge of High Court and Magistrates Court Rules and Practice Directives
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency with CaseLines and Court Online
- Excellent computer skills (MS Word, Excel, MS Teams)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Efficient time management
Key Duties:
- Typing from dictaphone recordings
- Managing the director’s diary and appointments
- File administration and maintenance
- Fee capturing
- Filing of notices, pleadings, and related legal documents and correspondence
Desirable:
- Fluency in Afrikaans
