This dual role is ideal for someone who thrives in both admin and hands-on client service.About the Role:This is a hybrid position combining front-of-house excellence with hands-on therapy support. You will:Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionallyAnswer phones, schedule appointments, and manage bookingsProvide accurate treatment and service informationPerform beauty treatments when needed (back-up therapist)Assist with stock control and retail product salesMinimum Requirements (Non-Negotiable):Beauty Therapy Diploma (ITEC / CIDESCO / SAAHSP)3+ years experience in beauty treatments (facials, waxing, nails, massage, etc.)Strong admin/front desk skills (bookings, calls, payments)Proficiency with ESP, MS Office, and Salon SolutionsExcellent customer service and communicationStrong retail knowledge and sales experienceKey Competencies:Friendly, professional and well-groomedExcellent verbal & written communicationOrganised with great time management skillsCalm under pressure and proactiveKnowledge of nail & beauty technology treatmentsReliable and works well in a team environmentSalary & Benefits:Competitive basic salary and comm(based on experience).
