Luxury Lodge in the Hoedspruit area is looking for a Guest Transfer Driver to transport guests to and from designated locations, ensuring their safety and providing excellent customer service.

You will be responsible for maintaining the vehicle, adhering to traffic laws and assisting with luggage. Additionally, you will handle guest inquiries and coordinate with other staff to manage schedules.

Duties:

Safely and efficiently transporting guests to their destinations, following all traffic regulations.

Assisting guests with luggage, addressing any questions or concerns, and providing a positive experience.

Performing regular inspections to ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and safe for passengers.

Maintaining accurate logs of trips, including passenger counts and any incidents.

Collaborating with hotel staff or other relevant personnel to coordinate schedules and respond to guest requests.

Maintaining a courteous and professional demeanour while representing the company.

Determining the most efficient routes for transfers, considering factors like traffic and time constraints.

Following all company policies, safety regulations, and traffic laws.

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license.

Clean driving record.

Excellent driving skills.

Strong customer service skills.

Ability to handle luggage and other guest belongings.

Familiarity with local routes and traffic patterns.
