ENVIRONMENT:

CHAMPION the adoption of world-class CI principles, ensuring alignment across customer experience, operational excellence, and cost transformation goals as the next Continuous Improvement Lead sought by a dynamic Energy Specialist to join its team. You will be expected to build CI capabilities and identify end-to-end process improvement opportunities that can be addressed through the application of CI methodologies. Key responsibilities include deploying and sustaining CI practices across teams, while actively engaging and coaching leadership to reinforce a culture of continuous improvement and build a strong CI deployment pipeline. You will require a suitable Bachelors Degree/NQF 7 qualification & either be accredited as or studying to become an Advanced Lean Practitioner and Six Sigma Blackbelt with 5 years proven work experience as a CI Lead.
